The River Walk is a public park and is open every day of the year\, 24 hours a day. Holiday lights are on the downtown portion of the River Walk. Swing by and enjoy a couple pints\, and give a puppers a fresh start at a new home.\n The Lucky Spot is a 501c3 non profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs in need in San Antonio and providing a sanctuary until we place them in a furever home.\nEvery animal that is a part of our rescue will be spayed or neutered\, up to date on vaccinations and have any medical needs taken care of before becoming available for adoption.\nWe are currently a foster based rescue and have big dreams for our future that includes a home style facility and acres of land.

DESCRIPTION:Join on the second Thursday of each month from September through November for live music\, art\, food\, and drinks. Enjoy FREE general Museum admission courtesy of H-E-B during this family-fun event. Bring your blanket and lawn chairs to lounge on the grounds. Experience local talent and themed art workshops outside. Pets on leashes are always welcome on the grounds. In the event of inclement weather\, the concert moves indoors to the Leeper Auditorium.\nEVENT DATES\nSeptember 14\, 6–9 PM\nOctober 12\, 6–9 PM\nNovember 9\, 6–9 PM\nLive music starts at 6:30 and ends at 8:30 p.m.\nOUTSIDE\n– Art activities by the Koi Pond begin at 6 p.m.\n– Bring your blanket and lawn chairs to lounge on the grounds while listening to live music\n– Dog-friendly (outside)\n– Food trucks on campus\n– Margaritas\, wine\, and beer are available for purchase\nGALLERY ADMISSION\nMain collection galleries will be free of charge from 4 to 9 p.m. thanks to H-E-B! Come and cool off inside. See our current exhibitions.\nGETTING HERE & PARKING\nThere is free parking at the McNay\, but it is limited. These lots are located behind the Jones Building\, off of Emporia Blvd and off of N New Braunfels Ave.
