SUMMARY:A Friday Night Walk at Eisenhower Park- Let's Celebrate with Buffalo Wings!
DESCRIPTION:Eisenhower Park is one of San Antonio’s favorite hiking parks. It offers trails at various difficulty levels. However\, we will stick to the Cedar Flats Trail (a paved trail) on the way up\, and the Cedar Flats Trail on the way down. \nOur route will be about 1.6 miles and will take us just under an hour to complete. Although some of the route is somewhat steep\, it is an easily manageable route for most people and dogs\, and we have had great walks here in the past. \nLet’s celebrate after the walk with Buffalo Wings! I will bring Buffalo Wings. Please feel free to bring Buffalo Wings or anything else which would complement Buffalo Wings. Bringing something is not required. Here are some ideas about what you could bring if you are interested. \n1. Buffalo Wings\n2. Celery Sticks\n3. Carrot Sticks\n4. Watermelon\n5. Bottled water or soft drinks\n6. Napkins\, plates\, plastic utensils\n7. Anything else that would complement the above \n**Please come join us for the walk and Buffalo Wings after the walk is concluded!** \nWalk Statistics \nDistance: 1.6 miles \nTime: 45 minutes \nTemperature: around 90 degrees\, with lots of shade\, and a low UV index. Even when fairly warm this park is very comfortable especially as the sun is going down. \nConditions: TBA \nWalk Difficulty: Moderate \nWalk Traffic: Low. No bikes are allowed in this park \nGoal: Tower at the end of the Cedar Flats Trail\, which provides a great view of San Antonio. \nLeash Rules: All dogs should be on a leash.
