Play in the street!
On Sunday, May 7, from 9am-1pm, Síclovía will turn San Antonio streets into a safe, fun place for walking, bicycling, jogging, and enjoying outdoor activities. By making a stretch of city streets temporarily car-free, Síclovía opens the road to pedestrians, bicyclists, and recreationalists.
This year’s route runs from N. Alamo St. and Jones Ave to Laurel and N. Main Ave. with Reclovias at Maverick Park, Madison Square Park, and Crockett Park. The Reclovías will have free group exercise classes, music, vendors, water stations, and rest areas.
This free community event is organized by the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, along with key sponsors. Síclovía is San Antonio’s largest health & wellness event for everyone; Síclovía is NOT a health fair and is proud to be recognized by the City of San Antonio as a certified Green Event!
