Deposit Policy: A $10 deposit is required for all transport appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. No shows or cancellations later than 48-hour notice are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before surgery for the deposit to be refunded.
