Calling all pooches!! There’s nothing better than spending a Saturday morning with your favorite human on a 2.6-mile walk through the tree-lined streets of Alamo Heights. Therapy Animals of San Antonio proudly presents its 21st Annual Fiesta® Pooch Parade! Come early for exhibits and presentations that you and your human friend can enjoy! The ever-popular Canine Costume Contest starts at 8:15 a.m. and you must be registered to enter. If you love hanging out with your human and enjoy meeting other dogs, this event is for you. It will be a howling good time for both of you.
Therapy Animals of San Antonio is a nonprofit that focuses on “bringing people and animals together for healing.” Our therapy teams visit many facilities touching the lives of people of all ages. Proceeds from the Fiesta® Pooch Parade remain in the local area to support our programs.
Advance registration is $25 for individuals and $30 for families.
